In the interests of full disclosure and motivation, I am going for weekly snaps without my shirt.  At this stage I can only apologise....at least I have a bit of a tan which is more than can usually be said for a pasty and rotund Englishman.  I will endevour to demonstrate improvement over the coming weeks.
